Publisher status
Mentaview is currently presented as a personal, pre-incorporation software project. “Mentaview” is a provisional working name. No incorporated company, certified service organization or public production operator is represented by this site.
Capability labels
Implemented means a software or contract boundary exists in the development project. Controlled pilot means a bounded runnable surface exists but general-availability controls remain. Canary means a restricted test profile exists and must not be generalized. Roadmap means future direction, not current availability.
Assurance
Mentaview does not currently claim ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO/IEC 42001 certification, a SOC 2 report, GDPR certification or compliance, NIS2 compliance, NIST CSF certification, CIS certification, OWASP ASVS verification, or any equivalent independent outcome.
Evidence and performance
Figures on this site are selected internal laboratory results tied to stated test profiles. They are not production SLAs, independent benchmarks or universal claims. Post-hoc corrections are identified as such and do not support promotion without a new prospective holdout.
Privacy
This static site enables no cookies, analytics, trackers, account system or contact form. Firebase Hosting and network intermediaries may process technical request data under their own infrastructure terms.
Source and binary licence
Source and binary access are available by separate agreement under an all-rights-reserved notice. Access grants no right to use, copy, modify, redistribute, host, sublicense, sell or deploy Mentaview in production; a separate written agreement is required. Third-party materials retain their own terms.
Intellectual property and independent review
This site does not claim completed title verification, tax treatment, independent licence review or any legal conclusion about the project or its dependencies.
Third-party names and credits
Referenced standards, products, model families and technologies remain the property of their respective owners. References describe interoperability, evaluation targets or preparation routes and do not imply endorsement or partnership. File-format pictograms on the Multimodal Ingestion page are vendored from File Icons at a pinned revision under its ISC license; every used SVG is source- and checksum-bound in a public manifest.
